CYBF to Represent Canada at Global Entrepreneurship Congress in Dubai, UAE
More than 100 countries to participate
March 9, 2010, TORONTO, ON – The Canadian Youth Business Foundation (CYBF) has been invited to participate in the Global Entrepreneurship Congress in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from March 9th – 11th. The congress is an international gathering of leaders building an unprecedented movement of future entrepreneurs.
This historic international event, hosted by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), brings together VIP delegates from more than 100 countries to discuss the necessary advancement of entrepreneurship and Global Entrepreneurship Week, which takes places November 15th – 21st, 2010.
The event will feature an extraordinary roster of speakers including: Sarah, The Duchess of York, H.E. Nika Gilauri, Prime Minister of Georgia, Carl Schramm, President and CEO of the Kauffman Foundation USA, leading worldwide entrepreneurs, esteemed journalists, and high-profile educators from Yale, Wharton, Stanford, Aston and Harvard Business Schools.

CYBF is the official Canadian Host of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), a movement to inspire millions of people to embrace innovation, imagination and creativity. GEW Canada connects hundreds of organizations to champion a culture of entrepreneurship and mentoring, through local, national and global initiatives. GEW will engage students, educators, young adults, entrepreneurs, business leaders, mentors, employees, non-profit leaders, corporations, governments, and others to participate in a wide range of programs and events celebrating entrepreneurship from cost to coast.
