CYBF Introduces Ment2B™

CYBF is thrilled to introduce our new Mentor-Entrepreneur Orientation Program, Ment2B™.

Ment2B™ is a world-class mentoring orientation program which builds on the success of CYBF's former program Entre Nous, guiding entrepreneurs and mentors through their first meeting with one another.

This new interactive program is accessed online and was designed by leading experts in the field of mentoring from around the world to help establish a strong foundation for the CYBF mentoring relationship by making the pair consider some key parameters and to set focused objectives for their future interaction.

Ment2B™ revolves around the three key stages of the mentoring cycle:

Establishing a Relationship, Maintaining a Relationship and the Relationship Close.

Ment2B™'s enhanced offering includes:

  • Icebreaker Activity
  • Mentoring Agreement
  • Communication Tips
  • Early Warning Signs
  • Questioning & Listening Tips
  • Resolving Conflict Tips
  • Financial Review Template
  • Meeting Planner
  • Mentor Assessment
  • Question Library

...and so much more!

Participation in the Ment2BTM program continues to be mandatory for all CYBF financed entrepreneurs who are required to meet in person with their mentor to kick-start their relationship.
